Lavender Australian Essential Oil is the most versatile of essential oils. Lavender oil is a relaxing oil that can provide stress relief when used for aromatherapy. Lavender oil can also act as an antiseptic, painkiller, anti-depressant, sedative, calming and above all, balancing oil with many uses. Lavender oil may temporarily relieves muscular aches and pains, headaches and symptoms of colds and flu. Lavender oil may relieve mild anxiety, nervous tension and can relieve symptoms of indigestion. Lavender oil is soothing and moisturising when applied to dry skin and has anti-inflammatory properties that are effective in the treatment of acne. Combine Lavender with one of the following essential oils for the therapeutic relief of indigestion:
- Basil
- Bergamot
- Clary sage
- Lemon
- Lemongrass
- Lime
- Mandarin
- Marjoram
- Orange sweet
- Rosemary

Directions of use:
- Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
- Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
- Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
- Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
