The 128 Hz Tuning Fork (C3 on the Piano) is used for a variety of issues. EMT’s and Paramedics have used this fork to locate bone fractures.This fork in particular spikes the most Nitric Oxide. This is a gas that’s naturally produced in the body. Nitric oxide has many functions in the body. It can act as a messenger between cells, a neurotransmitter, and a hormone. It helps dilate blood vessels, supports a healthy heart, boosts brain power, improves sexual health, increases blood flow.

The 128 Tuner is especially effective when placed on the rib heads, thoracic vertebra, sternum, and illiums. Two Tuners tapped gently on the knees and held to the ears create a beautiful sustained low tone, which is excellent for grounding and relaxation.

For listening, hold the 128 Tuner by the stem and gently tap the weights on your knees or tapping pad. Bring the tuning fork(s) to your ears and adjust the distance by tone. Hold one fork about an inch from your left ear and one an inch from to the right ear. This creates a long sustained pitch.

Tuners are available in three Different Frequencies: 32, 64, and 128 Hz. It is recommended to start with the 128.

These tuning forks are made of aluminum, which is a soft metal, great for harmonics and sound healing. Because of this softness, you might find the occasional small mark or scratch. The fork isn’t damaged, nor is the tuning off. It can happen during packing by the manufacturer, or during shipping and handling. We provide safe storage and great care when handling them.
