Australian Health Care Delivery Policy

Use of Delivery Agents:

Australian Health Care (AHC) relies on various Delivery Agents to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Goods. By proceeding with an order, you implicitly authorize AHC to disclose necessary personal information, including but not limited to your Delivery Address, to our designated Delivery Agent for the purpose of delivering your purchase.

  • Authorization to share Delivery Address with Delivery Agents

Delivery Areas:

While AHC endeavors to deliver across a wide geographic area, there are restrictions for larger items, commonly referred to as “Big and Bulky” Goods. The delivery of such items is currently restricted to metropolitan regions of specific cities, namely:

  • Limited delivery for “Big and Bulky” Goods to metro areas of Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney

Delivery Fees:

The cost of delivery, known as the Delivery Fee, may be subject to variations under certain conditions. These include but are not limited to:

  • Increased Delivery Fee due to multiple deliveries required for large orders
  • Application of both Standard and Special Delivery Fees, as applicable
  • Incurrence of additional charges during the delivery process

Should there be any increase in the Delivery Fee pertinent to your order, AHC will provide notice of such changes. If the revised Delivery Fee is not to your satisfaction, you retain the right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, AHC will process refunds within five business days; however, the actual timing for the refund credit will depend on your bank’s procedures. AHC accepts no responsibility for any delays in the bank’s processing of the refund.

  • Notification of changes in Delivery Fee with option to cancel the order
  • Refunds processed within five business days, subject to bank processing times

Expected Delivery Time:

AHC aims to meet the following delivery timelines for Standard & Special Delivery Goods, excluding large items:

  • 4-7 Business Days for most of Australia
  • 7-10 Business Days for remote regions in WA, Queensland, and NT

For “Big and Bulky” Goods, the expected delivery period is:

  • 7-14 Business Days, by prior arrangement

However, it is important to note that if an order consists of multiple parts, known as a Split Order, the items may be delivered at different times.

  • Acknowledgment that Split Orders may arrive separately

Delivery Time Provisos:

Despite AHC’s commitment to timely delivery, there are external factors beyond our control that may impede our ability to deliver within the estimated time frame. These provisions include:

  • No guaranteed delivery windows
  • Possible impact of unforeseen factors on delivery schedules
  • AHC’s limitation of liability for indirect losses or damages resulting from delivery changes or delays

During periods of major sales events, delivery schedules may be subject to additional delays. AHC will make efforts to communicate any significant postponements to the customer.

  • Advisory on potential delays during major sales events with commitment to communication

General Delivery Terms

Delivery Address:

Goods ordered from Australian Health Care are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If your order requires shipment to multiple locations, you must place an individual order for each destination.

  • Separate orders required for multiple delivery destinations

Receiving the Goods:

Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive the goods, it is your responsibility to designate an individual over the age of 16 to accept the delivery on your behalf. Delivery Agents are authorized to:

  • Verify the identity of the recipient, particularly for age-restricted items
  • Retain the Goods at the nearest Australia Post office if proper identification is not provided

In certain cases, you may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm the receipt of the Goods. Please note that:

  • Refusal to sign the delivery manifest equates to a delivery rejection, possibly incurring redelivery fees
  • Goods may be taken to the local Australia Post office if delivery is deemed unsafe/impractical or if the recipient is absent

Goods not collected from the Australia Post office or any other carriers’ collection point within the stipulated timeframe may be subject to additional redelivery fees.

Delivery Details:

For a smooth delivery process, it is imperative that you inform us of any potential impediments such as:

  • Access or parking restrictions at the delivery site
  • Challenges related to premise access or physical barriers

Failure to notify of such constraints may result in additional fees for redelivery.

Delivery Issues:

We employ a range of reputable shipping carriers including CouriersPlease, Australia Post, Aramex AU, and Team Global Express. The allocation of a specific carrier for the delivery of your parcel is contingent upon your location, ensuring optimal delivery efficiency.

Should circumstances arise where you are unable to claim your parcel or the designated carrier records unsuccessful delivery attempts, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with the respective shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Once the parcel has been dispatched, Australian Health Care relinquishes responsibility, as the matter falls under the purview of the chosen shipping carrier.

Post-Delivery:

Upon receipt of the Goods, it is important to immediately inspect the items against your order. In the event of discrepancies or damages, the items should be returned in line with the Returns Policy.

  • Return redeliveries may incur additional fees
